Exchanges cannot be offered for personalized products. So if your planner has custom-calligraphy, all sales are final.
Note About Hand-Made Quality: Every planner is made in small batches and completely by-hand. Much care and attention are given to the proper handling and delivery of your planner but because this is a personal item and not created on a factory line, please expect some slight imperfections and minor blemishes from handling. These nuances add character and lend authenticity and originality to the planners we create. Please be careful not to fold your planner fully in-half as that could damage the binding.
